A-P SPECIALIST

Job Summary: The AP Specialist reports directly to the AP Supervisor and is responsible for timely, appropriate and accurate vendor invoice payments.
The AP Specialist accurately processes and documents all routine vendor payments as they are made to ensure the information is readily available to internal customers.
The AP Specialist works with vendors and FGH personnel to resolve issues and process payments in a timely manner.
Qualifications: Education/Skills High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Work Experience: Two years’ experience in accounts payable is preferred.
Mental Demands: Mental ability to make numerical calculations and organizational ability.
