Guest Service Agent/Front Desk

We are currently hiring a Guest Service Agent for the evening shift (3pm-11pm).
Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accurate and efficient processing - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Experience: - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Bilingual language skills (if applicable) are a plus - Knowledge of night audit procedures (if applicable) is an advantage - Understanding of hospitality management principles and practices is beneficial Previous Hotel Front Desk Experience Required.
