*Position Description*
Enlightium Academy, a premier K-12 private Christian virtual school, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Secondary Science Teacher.
The primary job duties will be responding to students' questions in the learning platform, grading their work, hosting group sessions, creating student-facing content, and reaching out to students proactively with additional instruction through written messages, phone, and screen-share/video sessions.

*Salary*
While the compensation for this position depends on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, the approximate salary range is $18 to $21 per hour on start.

*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
* Experience in teaching, preferably in a virtual setting.
* Strong technical skills, including the ability to use a personal computer effectively.
* ACSI certification is preferred.
* Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
* A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Work Hours*
* Fixed work hours aligned with the standard school day.
* No requirement to work evenings or weekends.
