Operations Manager

Operations Manager manages staff and data for the Business Services & Clinical Support staff, including oversight of the Medical Records, Front Desk, Scheduling & Registration, and Telephone Receptionist functions and Clinical Support functions.
Trains new and existing staff on procedures, both software and manual.
Maintains and updates Business Services & Clinical procedure manual and training guidelines.
Responsible for performing Human Resources duties, reviewing and submitting payroll timesheets for supervised staff and oversight of day to day operations.
Reports to Administration regarding concerns or problems within the facility, and works to resolve them with their direction.
Completes additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Also follows Access Health Louisiana protocols and standards.
