LPN - Night Medication Nurse

We are searching for a Licensed Practical Nurse to work with our company in a long term care facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care, providing support for patients, staff and physicians; this position is flexible and offers rewarding opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities: * Take and record patient's medical history and vital signs.
* Maintain and document care plan.
* Provide patients with personal care services.
* Administer medicines and other treatment to patients.
* Work as part of a team.
* Follow infection control measures.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.
