The RN performs under the direct supervision of the Patient Care Coordinator/Patient Care Manager and is delegated an assignment by the coordinator to achieve quality patient care.
The RN Seasonal Nurse shall implement the nursing process in an organized, systematic manner to include assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in collaboration with the Patient Care Coordinator as evidenced by documentation in Patient Care Record, direct observation, and patient evaluations of care.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served; also demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interprets the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age specific needs, and to provide the care needed.
Completes the care plan progress note every shift.
Performs Medication Reconciliation Process and Patient education requirements on admission, discharge and as needed.

Qualifications:
Education/Skills
Graduate of a recognized non-online RN program required.
Work Experience:
One year medical-surgical nursing care required.
One year nursing home/long term care/rehab preferred.
Certification/Licensure-DUE UPON HIRE
Licensed RN able to practice within the State of MS
Additional Certification/Licensure - Obtained based on required timeframe below
