Organizes and evaluates patient medical records for an office.
Reviews medical records for accuracy and completeness.
Abstracts and codes clinical data using standard classification systems.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
High School diploma or equivalent.
RHIA or RHIT preferred, but not required.
