Designs and conducts educational programs for nursing staff.
Coordinates orientation programs for new staff members, develops programs to keep existing staff up-to-date, and acts as general resource for nursing personnel.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
Certification as a registered nurse (RN), and at least 3 years of experience
