Dental Assistant

Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Take and develop dental x-rays - Perform dental charting and maintain patient records - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow - Maintain infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment Experience: - Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred or credentialed in Radiology and CPR - Proficiency in medical documentation and patient assessment - Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix - Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology - Experience in dental assisting, including chairside assisting and instrument sterilization - Understanding of infection control protocols and practices - Ability to take accurate dental x-rays using digital radiography or CAD systems We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team.
