Treatment Nurse RN

Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans - Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately - Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques - Assist with discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care - Perform coding and documentation for accurate billing and reimbursement - Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols Qualifications: - Valid nursing license in the state of Mississippi - Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Acute Care/Medical Offfice - In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with workers' compensation laws and regulations is a plus Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
