*Job Summary:* Provides direct care for Long-Term Care Residents, primarily Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) and other care conducive to Residents’ well-being, comfort and safety.
*Responsibilities and Duties:* * Provides care and explanation to the Residents according to the Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) Care Plan * Assists with new admits, transfers and discharges * Communicates with Nursing Department co-workers and other Departments to meet needs of Residents * Answers Residents’ Call Lights promptly * Recognizes and responds to verbal and non-verbal communication from Residents *Qualifications and Skills:* Must have and maintain current Nurse Aide Certification in good standing with MS Department of Health, Division of Licensure and Certification *Excellent Benefits:* Bedford Care Centers offer a comprehensive benefits package to our full time employees.
