Home Health CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

*Job Summary (Territory is Covington to Slidell)* The Home Health Aide: * Assists patients with personal care needs (bathing, mouth care, hair care, transferring, dressing and ambulation) and selected housekeeping and therapy services.
* Plans and prepares nutritious meals and assist in feeding patients.
* Assists with basic activities and daily living needs of patients.
* Measures and records patient’s temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure when ordered.
* Additional duties assigned by managing Registered Nurse.
*Qualifications* * Current & active HHA license/certification and CPR card * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home health aide * Home Health experience a plus but not required * Good organizational and communication skills * Must have dependable mode of transportation with current drivers' license and auto insurance *Pay Structure* * $12 to $15 per visit * Paid mileage or trip fee *Full Time Benefits* * Health Insurance (80% paid by company for individual) * 9 Paid Holidays * Paid Vacations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN Pay: $15.
