The Service Technician performs service repairs and maintenance on customer and dealer-owned agriculture and turf equipment.
*
Responsibilities:*
* Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agriculture and turf equipment.
* Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
* Maintains current knowledge of agriculture and turf equipment.
* Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
* Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.
* Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
* Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
* Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
* Accounts for all time on a time card and for all material used in performing assigned duties.
*Requirements:*
* Minimum 1-year related experience.
* Ability to use a computer effectively for service-related tasks.
* Ability to work as a team player.
* Able to work overtime and on Saturdays.
* Forklift certification and current CDL are preferred but not required.
* Must have a valid Drivers License
* Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
