RN Staff Nurse

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating nursing activities within the facility.
This includes supervising nursing staff, assessing residents' health, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
*Qualifications:* Current RN license in the state.
Proven experience as an RN in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
