As a 98 1 Stop Assistant Manager, you will assist the store manager in all store operations and activities.
You will assist in the effective, efficient, and profitable execution of all 98 1 Stop initiatives.
*Major Job Activities*
* Exhibit excellence in customer service and employee relations.
* Assist manager in building cohesive and effective work teams
* Support corporate programs, values, and initiatives.
* Assist manager in responsibility for store performance (and potential to cover all shifts).
* Assist manager in the enforcement of 98 One Stop standards of performance, policies and procedures.
Assist manager in coaching and developing employees.
* Accept role in taking financial responsibility for the store and monitor financial outcomes.
* Assist manager in performing timely competitor price checks
* Assist manager in responsibility of all banking procedures

*Qualifications*
* Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative
* Ability to work all shifts, holidays, and weekends
* Accepted Rate of Pay is negotiable and based on experience.
*Physical Tasks Required*
* Standing – 90 %
* Lifting up to 40# - for stocking shelves, coolers, back room - daily
* Reaching – daily (above head – cigarette racks, storage shelves, etc.
)
* Bending – daily (down and side to side)
* Pushing – brooms, mops, dolly on wheels – daily
* Pulling – cart daily
