Accounting Clerk/Cashier

Responsibilities: * Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records * Read schedules and prepare general ledgers accordingly * Provide clerical support within the accounting department * Balance and maintain money till * Prepare and reconcile daily bank deposits * Accounts Receivable * Accept and post down payments, service deposits and service contract payments * Complete tasks as assigned by company managers * Scan and move documents to internal filing system Skills: * Proven experience in an Accounting Clerk/Cashier/Money handeling position * Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail * Knowledge of 10-key typing and data entry techniques * Familiarity with corporate and governmental accounting principles * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Well organized NO PHONE CALLS Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $12.
