Looking for a dependable, drama free person to rent a room in my 2BD/1BA apt.
Rent is $500 per month all inclusive.
I am a professional male who works full time and is also back in school, so I am not looking for anyone who is into the party scene.
The apt is 5 minutes from USM, so students are welcome as long as rent is paid on time and you are responsible and respectful.
Absolutely no drugs and non-smoker preferred, but outside smoking is ok.
No pets.
No parties or long term overnight guests are allowed.
Apt has high speed internet and streaming services in the living area.
W/D included in the apt and room comes furnished with a bed.
