We are looking to add an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to our team as a Business Development Center(BDC) Representative.
As a BDC Representative, you’ll be a part of a team of motivated professionals, seeking to assist with the growth and success of our company.
Base Pay Range: $12/hour + Commission
Shift Available: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities
Receive inbound sales leads (phone, internet) and assist with vehicle-purchasing process.
Schedule Appointments for prospective customers to simplify the vehicle-purchasing process.
Coordinate with Sales Management to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Follow-up with customers based on training provided.
Contact current customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer experience/loyalty.
Attend weekly team meetings within scheduled hours.
Complete training courses, as assigned.
Provide outstanding customer service to every single customer, every time.
Qualifications
Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!
Superior communication and customer service skills
Excellent follow-through skills
Proficient knowledge of the Internet/Computer
Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
High School Diploma or equivalent
Walt Massey Automotive is a family-owned company, serving the southern AL/MS communities in 4 locations with 8 individual automotive dealerships.
This position will be located at our Hattiesburg, MS location.
