Insurance Account Representative

```Duties``` - Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service - Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options - Explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients - Process insurance policy applications, changes, and renewals - Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations ```Qualifications``` - Proven experience in insurance sales or related field - Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients - Bilingual proficiency in English and [insert relevant language] is a plus - Knowledge of benefits administration and sales administration processes - Familiarity with outside sales techniques, including telemarketing and retail sales - Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
