Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of insurance accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Analyze clients' insurance requirements and provide appropriate coverage recommendations
- Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processes
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand client base
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients and insurance carriers
- Experience in retail sales, outside sales, or telemarketing is a plus
- Bilingual/multilingual proficiency is highly desirable
