We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Thyme Boutique.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase sales.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, possesses strong communication skills, and has a deep understanding of social media trends.
*Responsibilities *
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with sales goals and Thymes brand identity.
* Create engaging and visually appealing content across various social media platforms.

* Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to customer inquiries.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
* Analyze social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
* Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
* Keep abreast of fashion trends and ensure Thyme Boutique’s social media presence reflects current styles and aesthetics.
*Qualifications *
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the fashion industry.
* In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
* Strong photography and graphic design skills for creating visually appealing content.
* Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
