Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the business operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and drive growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to maintain a competitive edge
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Experience:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Experience in customer service and sales is highly desirable
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
Skills:
- Price management and analysis
- Customer service expertise, including phone etiquette
- Interviewing and hiring skills for staff recruitment
- Ability to sell products or services effectively
- Knowledge of wireless sales is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills for budgeting and time management
