Combined Benefits Administrators is an employee benefits and administration firm specializing in employers/companies with over 50 employees.

*Position Summary* Responsible for day-to-day account services and management of accounts for existing and newly acquired small to mid-size clients.
*Duties and responsibilities* * Handle customer service calls and other duties from our current clients * Support the implementation of new clients * Create and follow timelines and checklists to meet deadlines * Assist in the insurance product builds in the electronic Benefits Administration Systems * Enroll employees in their benefits in a call-center environment * Gather and audit data to ensure accuracy * Prepare spreadsheets to display employee eligibility and benefit elections * Ability to meet client needs and expectations within guidelines of the company * Assist employees with policy questions and claims filing * Forms relationships with clientele as well as the employees of clients * Accept the overflow of responsibilities from other team members * Participates in client meetings as needed * Escalates client and internal issues to management as needed * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Assists with achieving and maintaining company sales goals * Perform other job duties as assigned *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's Degree (preferably Business or other related field) * Currently hold, or in the pursuit of Life, Health, and Accident Insurance License * 2+ years of employee benefits experience * Have a naturally positive attitude * Love to help people * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows * Previous experience managing projects * Self-Starter, detail oriented, team player, strong organizational, interpersonal, and consultative skills * Able to be at the office in person Monday-Friday * Speak English * Must be willing to consent to Employee Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
* Must be willing to consent to Non-Compete Agreement.
