Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
to join our team.
The will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BLASTING & PAINTING
- Manage and oversee paint projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety protocols
- Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Utilize construction management software such as Primavera, ProCore, or Prolog to track project milestones and communicate updates
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Painting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using construction management software (e.
g.
, Primavera, ProCore, Prolog)
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
