Tire Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Mount, balance, and install customer wheels and tires * Install lift and level kits * Operate both computer balancer and tire machine * Complete work orders and related paperwork * Follow all safety guidelines including vehicle torque policy * Update store manager on any needed accessories or tools Store and Vehicle Appearance: * Maintain, organize, and clean shop and equipment * Conduct planned maintenance on tools and shop equipment * Clean, inspect, and maintain the company vehicle * Keep all wheels and tires in showroom rent ready * Maintain parking lot and surrounding area * Clean and refurbish used wheels/tires to best possible condition Account Delinquency: * Assist accounts manager in field with pick-ups * Prepare and stock truck for field visits JOB REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or equivalent * Prior wheel and tire installation experience * Experience working with a computer balancer and tire machine * Friendly with good communication skills * Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds * Valid state driver’s license and good driving record * Positive attitude towards customers and co-workers Job Type: * Full-time * 1 Year Experience.
