In this position as a Field Supervisor, you would be trained in how to:
* Properly oversee residential roofing projects.
* Setup a jobsite correctly
* Manage materials and account for their use
* Provide Exceptional Customer Service
This is a hourly position that includes benefits such as Health Insurance, Life Insurance, 401k with employer matching and Paid Time Off.
Overtime is possible as well.
No degree necessary, Construction and/or Roofing Experience is a plus.
Must have a valid driver's license.
We are seeking a highly motivated, well-organized, and qualified person to supervise our roofing crews around the Gulf Coast Area.
This position will be responsible in the oversight of the crews.

*Skills Required:*
* Leadership, Communication and Problem Solving.
* Ability to identify specific types of roofing materials and implement proper installation and repair methods.
* Ability to use all hand tools associated with roofing installation including simple hand tools and specific roofing-related tools.
* Ability to identify safety hazards on project sites and take corrective measures to eliminate or reduce risks associated with those hazards.
* Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral communications with crew members and project supervisors.
The ability to listen is a critical aspect of communication.
* Capable of taking constructive criticism and learning from mistakes.
* Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy weighted objects including materials and equipment.
* Ability to work at heights as well as access heights from a ladder.
*Duties*
* Safely set project sites up including equipment and material staging.
* Excellent communication skills.
Able to build a strong trust level with clients and provide a great experience before, during and after the project.
* Coordinate daily work with multiple crews.
* Installation quality.
* Maintain Truck Logs and Maintenance.
* Complete daily project reports.
* Communicating with members of the crew as well as project supervisor and/or business owner.
* Maintaining project sites in a neat and orderly fashion.
* Strong ability to help others succeed.
* Able to think ahead, plan and prioritize workload.
* Produces work that is accurate and complete.
* Maintains focus and productivity under stressful conditions.
