I'm a professional artist with a steady income from my work, looking for a house to work on.
I can repair drywall, lay tile, paint, and do other repairs, but want the freedom to make it look how I want (I promise it will look very cool.

I can pay $450 a month for rent, if it's got more than one room I have a cousin who does landscaping and together we could do $900.
